Based in Ramgarh, Jharkhand RAMGARH CALCINATION WORKS is run by its Proprietor Mr. ABHISHEK BUDHIA from its inception in 2007

Our Infrastructure

At present we have one manufacturing Unit located at Ramgarh, Jharkhand, India spread in a campus of 10000 Sq. Mtrs. Our existing infrastructure is capable in manufacturing & processing more than 50000 MT annually of Refractories, Mineral Powder & Grains etc. From multiple state of processing, we keep the impurities such as Dirt & Iron to the minimum level by having washing,multiple screening stage & use of Rare Earth Magnet Separator. The product is free from dirt due to advanced washing and screening process.

Our Environment Friendly Approach

Our committed Environmentally friendly approach ensure that minimum pollutant goes out from our premises. For that we have installed water sprinkle system, drier Etc. All the machinery is fitted with Pollution Control devices with most eco-friendly approach. Tree Plantation is done all along the Campus. We are harvesting Rain Water in fuller extent. We recharge the water more that we take out.

Quality Policy

Our moto is delivering High Quality Product to our Customers. Quality is the responsibility of our highly efficient quality control team equipment with high tech quality check equipment. Our comprehensive quality control program ensures us sourcing high quality raw material from Mines, performing quality check in various production process, ensuring the perfect size, grains distribution and very less Iron content in the finished product. High Power Rare Earth Magnet (1400 Gauss) has been installed in the production process to ensure that the finished product should have the least free Iron Content. The final product is frequently tested in independent Certified laboratory for transparency. The finished product is packed in New/Old HDPE bags as per order by the party for increasing the self-life and reduce the damage during Transportation.
