Bed Material or Boiler Sand is used in Light Up & Touch Up of Boilers of Power Plant AFBC & CFBC Boilers. We Specialize in making Bed Material as per user Specification & requirement. Our product is made from Virgin Fireclay Mineral free from any containment of any user Industry making very less free Iron Content suitable to be used in Boilers. The grains are screened perfectly with very less Fines. Its so uniform that reduces the formation of Clinker, increase efficiency & reduces the fuel consumption. The density of our Bed material is kept in lower end so that low atmospheric air is required for Fluidization process. Most Common Sizes are 0.85-2.38mm, 0.85-2.80mm, 1.00-2.36mm, 1.00-2.80mm, 0.50-1.00mm, 0.30-1.00mm. We can formulate Bed Material as per party specification also.

Ramming Mass (Quartzite Based) is used in Lining the inner core of Induction furnace in Steel Melting Shop. We manufacture Quartzite Based Ramming Mass for Lining of Furnace application in Induction Furnace. This product is passed through Strong Magnetic Separator to separate free Iron Content. Silica (SiO2) is the main ingredient of Ramming Mass which is kept more that 98%. The grains combination is kept as per Furnace Size & Capacity. Normally Grains Powder Combination is kept 55:45 or specialized as per customers Order. Max Serving Temperature is kept up to 1700 Degree C. Our Product can be used in all small, medium & large Induction furnace up to 40MT Capacity.

This is Acidic Ramming Mass (Quartzite Based) Pre-Mixed with Binder such Boric Acid Oxide. This is ready to use Ramming Mass with a moisture proof packing.

The raw material is firstly washed to reduce the impurities present in it. Then it is feed in Hard Granite Lining Ball mill to keep Iron Content to 0%. For Quartz Grains we have a state of art automatic grinding unit with Rare Earth Magnetic Separator to separate Iron Content. Quartz Grains is available in various size & mesh as per customer requirement.

This product is made from Feldspar rich in Potash Content. Various Size such as 100 mesh, 150 mesh, 200 mess, 300 mesh, 800mesh are available used in making Acid Proof Bricks, Glass Industries, Refractories, Ceramic Tiles Etc. Our Feldspar Grains size remains constant with very less Iron Content.
